We have stayed at Bluff Villas many times and this is one of the best! Extremely clean and well appointed, we didn't lack for anything. The bed was so comfortable, and having a nice big closet with laundry was great. The overall layout of the condo was so nice, with the kitchen open to the rest of the space. The host was very nice, and great with communication. We are eager to come back!

We always stay at Bluff Villas due to the proximity to the beach, bike trails, and Salty Dog complex. We have stayed at Tom’s properties several times, and they never disappoint. He provides just the right level of communication, and his properties are always in great shape.

Such a cozy and clean condo. Loved the location. We will be back next year! :)

We booked a very last-minute stay at this great condo in Sea Pines. The location was great...walking distance to The Salty Dog. The unit itself was perfect. It was clean, modern and the right size for my husband and me. I can't say enough about our host, Tom. We had very unique circumstances surrounding our visit and he was compassionate and flexible.

Quick trip to HHI. Excellent location, very clean and exactly as described. We will look forward to our next trip.

The unit was clean and tidy. Kitchen was very well stocked, and we were very happy to see all the extra pillows for the bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and the walk-in closet with washer and dryer was greatly appreciated. Location is perfect with easy walk to beach and The Salty Dog. Would definitely stay here again.
